What are the periods?

There are two times in a woman’s life when it’s totally normal for her period to be irregular: when it starts for the first time, and when menopause starts. Menopause means ceasing of menstruation, between the age of 45-50 menstruation stops this is known as menopause. In these two cases, it’s very normal for the period to be irregular.
Why is my period late? – Causes
You know you’re not pregnant but still, you missed your periods or late periods it can happen for many reasons other than pregnancy. Some common causes for teenage girls are discussed below:-
Every function of your body is connected to your brain and period is also one of them. Stress can change your daily routine, it can imbalance your hormones and it can lead to illness or sudden weight loss or gain, all of these can impact your cycle negatively.
2. Weakness/ low weight
Proper diet is mandatory for regular periods and if you don’t eat properly then it may impact your menstrual cycle. The Low weight of your body can harm the regularity of your cycle. Not eating well will result in weakness in your body and it will impact your period.
As low body weight can cause hormonal changes, overweight or obesity can also cause this kind of problem. If obesity is the problem for your irregular periods then you should prepare a diet plan and exercise plan after consulting with your doctor.

Doing too much exercise can also harm your menstrual cycle. As well as Girls who participate in extreme exercises such as marathons may stop their periods.
5. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

Some Home remedies for irregular periods
1. Healthy diet
This one is very useful to cure the problem of irregular periods. A healthy diet can treat this problem in a very short time period. You should prepare a healthy diet chart and follow this regularly. You should eat green vegetables, healthy fruits, and other vitamin things. It will help you to maintain healthy body weight.
You should practice yoga daily. It will help you to treat your irregular periods. You can do Kapalbhati (कपालभाति), Om-Vilom (ॐ-विलोम), these two are very useful for irregular periods.
3. Don’t take much stress
Taking too much stress causes these kinds of problems so don’t overthink and try to be relaxed. Take a deep breathe when you feel stressed out it may relieve you.
4. Ginger (अदरक)
Ginger is very helpful for this issue. You can have it in tea or food. It will help to balance your hormones and start your periods regularly.
5. Large vine (बड़ी दाख)
Large vine is something that helps to balance your hormones and to do your menstrual cycle regularly. You can have 4-5 vines per day.
6. Tamarind (इमली)
Tamarind that helps to cure your issue of irregular menstruation. It has been used for many centuries and a very effective home remedy, you may try this.
7. Carom seeds (अजवाइन)
You can add some carom seeds in water and if you want to boil then you can boil and drink. It also used in handling cramps during periods. You can add some salt also for making it taste better.
8. Row sugar (गुड़)
The water of row sugar can also help you to deal with this problem. You can give it a try for better results. These all totally depends on your body type, these are just normal tips to cure these kinds of problems.
9. Cinnamon (दालचीनी)
You can have cinnamon, this is also very useful for curing the problem of irregular periods. But the most important thing is you have to do these things regularly and till then the problem is not solved.
You can pick one from all and a healthy diet and exercise are compulsory for all.
And please consult somebody before doing all this because everybody has a different problem and different nature so maybe it can happen these things won’t suit your body type and it may harm you so be careful.
